We are pleased to offer same-day deliveries from Monday to Friday if the order is received by noon. For Saturday deliveries, please ensure your order is placed by 10:00 AM. To ensure prompt delivery within business hours, we kindly request to place business delivery orders one day in advance.

For your convenience, orders placed by 10 am will be delivered by 3 pm. Any orders placed after 10 am will be delivered by 6:30 pm, and during major holidays, deliveries will be made until 8 pm. We will keep you informed of any necessary adjustments to deliveries. If you prefer to pick up your order in-studio, we kindly request making arrangements in advance as we operate on an appointment basis.

To facilitate smooth communication, please provide us with the recipient's cell number or email. Our drivers can then communicate via text message or email. It is important to ensure that the provided address is accurate and that someone will be available to receive the delivery.

While we strive to accommodate all requests, please feel free to call us if you have delivery requirements outside of the mentioned options. As part of our commitment to quality service, we reserve the right to call before delivery to confirm that someone will be available to receive the shipment and to verify the accuracy of the delivery address.
